We have just extended all pro accounts by 7 days. This is to make up for the bumpy ride last week’s upgrade has been for some. We are really sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused and hope this makes up for it! Many thanks for your support and understanding. We are lucky to have attracted such a great community!

Completely down now :(
Any ETA?
7 days and counting? Site is still not functional!
“Oops! An error occurred:

ad infinitum
:-(
What’s up fellas? How long til we stop with the slow and the errors and the logoffs. Sorry, i’m just fustrated. what should have taked me 15 minutes has taked an hour. Please help.
I think the big mistake you guys made was not putting all games that involve any pro accounts on their own farm of servers. Let the free accounts deal with the problems until you get the hardware to support them, but the pro accounts should’ve had priority….
Unless this is what you guys already did. :P
same error for the last 2 days now

the whole site is full of error …when going into ur Hq, when entering a game, when trying to create a new game. i think i would have rather it be slow like it was before than the way it is now.
i’ve moved on, expired my pro account, and won’t be back. I’m betting the majority of your customers will do the same.
I always thougt weewar is beta?
Heh heh, folk like byebye crack me up , chill out buddy it’s just a game after all. A few hiccups are to be expected with a big changeover like the lads have done, however the fact that they are working on it so diligently and for the most part keeping everyone up to date on everything is one of the things that impresses me most about this game. That and the fact that its the most fun browser based rts that I’ve seen so far by a long shot.
It would be nice if they could spend 5 minutes and give us an update and ETA for a fix. Not communicating at all is bad customer service. I can forgive having problems growing the business, but being quiet and not saying anything and making paying customers guess what is going on is amateur. It’s better to come out three times a day and say, “We have a data problem and we are continuing to work on it but we still don’t have an ETA” or “We think we have found a solution, but we need to do further testing and debugging, ETA 24 hours if all goes well.” At least that way we would know you were working on it. Waiting until you have good news just leaves us in the dark and frustrated because we keep coming back trying to play…and can’t.
Hi Guys,
we are really sorry! We have only become aware of this just now (which is no good – and I apologize for that in particular).
We are looking into it now and will report back to you asap. This is a new issue that has just emerged and is seemingly disconnected from the previous slow downs.
Sorry again!
please see the new blog post for details and updates on this…
