A few parts of the next patch:

Results of battles will become far more predictable. Currently the results of battles can be very different each time. Even fights that sould be clearly won sometimes cause more damage to the attacker then the defender.

Old and New: Tank-on-plains vs Tank-on-plains

(First number is the Damage, second the occurence in 1000 tests and the third the percentage that this result will occur.)

We will also address the bug causes players to be stuck in games that are not started.

And of course there will be new units

:) Looking forward to the new units! (And yes, I do hate attacking and having more damage done to myself than my opponent)

Don’t let my wife read this post. A few typos ;)

Glad to see this happening though. When is the patch going to be implemented?

Tangler won’t let me register, but I read the thread on balance issues (the artillery&infantry problem) and I know how to fix it.  Sorry for posting in the wrong place.

You don’t need to change tanks.  What you need to change are raiders.  If raiders are good enough to kill more than their cost’s worth in infantry, then they’ll be a counter to the artillery/infantry strategy.  Tanks already completely destroy raiders, so tanks become important as a counter to the new strategy.  And, if tanks still fall to artillery/infantry, everything has a counter.
